• Payment details (via Stripe; we do not store payment information)
• Booking details (arrival, departure, number of guests)

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Processing your booking and payment
• Sending a booking confirmation by email
• Contacting you regarding your stay
• Complying with legal obligations (such as tourist tax)

4. Retention Period

We do not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Booking data is retained in accordance with the statutory retention period for the tax authorities (7 years).

5. Sharing with Third Parties

We only share your personal data with third parties when necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We use the following services:

• Stripe — for processing payments
• Municipality of Ameland — for tourist tax reporting

We take the protection of your data seriously and implement appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. The website uses a secure SSL connection.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw any consent given for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data.

If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, we ask that you contact us directly. You always have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
