Departure information

Key

Upon arrival there is 1 key for the house. We ask you to hang it back when you leave.

Household waste

On the park there is an underground container where you can dispose of your rubbish bags. Walk down the path, turn left and immediately right — that's where the underground containers are. Waste disposal is free.

Heating

Please set the thermostat to 13 degrees before you leave. You can do this by turning the thermostat in the living room.

Linen

We kindly ask you to place the bedding in a pillowcase by the front door under the carport, so it stays dry and the cleaning company can easily collect it.

Damage

Damage during occupancy will be repaired at the tenant's expense. The tenant is liable for the inventory. Missing or damaged items must be replaced with items of equal type and quality. If this is not possible, report it via info@devrijheidameland.nl; replacement will then be arranged at your expense.

Cleaning

The house will be professionally cleaned after your departure. However, we ask you to take care of the following:

• Please leave the house tidy (stick vacuum next to the stairs).
• Fridge empty and clean.
• Dishes clean.
• Empty the dishwasher.
• Waste can be disposed of in the underground containers on the park. Please separate glass and paper.
• Bread bins and other containers, pedal bins left empty and clean.
• Nespresso and/or coffee machine empty and clean.
• (Children's) furniture returned to its original place.
